Favre's Magic Act

This quarterback legend reminded all of us first hand how his magic works by completing a 32 yard laser for a touchdown and an improbable victory for the Minnesota Vikings with two seconds left on the clock.

  1. Hi Ken--
I can tell you're a Vikings fan! But, you might
want to consider a career in sports writing some day, which I think would be fun & interesting. Although I was only able to watch the highlights last night, Sunday's game was great!

  2. Yes, you did a great job at making someone like me (whose not the least interested in sports) very interested! You caught my attention and my curiosity! Good job.

  3. I think you did a good job. I really don't like football, but you made that sound interesting.

  4. Football makes me depressed. Even the sound of it on the television in the background gives me this angry feeling in the pit of my stomache that it exists. If I hear Bret Favre name one more time I won't be responsible for my actions. J/k I really do hate football though. What's a 32 yard laser?

  5. Nice summery of the end of the game. And boy was it a game. I thought after they took out Percy Harvin and out in Greg Lewis the game was over. That old soon to be 40 year old man still has a cannon of a arm!!

  6. I like how you put "two seconds left on the clock." Those are words that would catch a reader's attention. You put "Favre" in the title, but not in the body. Maybe that's a little confusing, but then again, all Minnesota Vikings fans know who Favre is.

  7. Lucinda- Funny. Yes, everything I seemed to read earlier had his name in it or near by within viewing. A "32 yard laser" is just a hard throw. Thank you for commenting.

  8. What an amazing ending! I thought for sure we were going to lose, but I was trying to hold on some sort of hope. It was such an amazing throw and catch.
