Relieving Stress

What I usually do to relieve stress is work out, take a bike ride or something physical that will keep my mind off of things for at least a little while. I think these activities clear the mind and helps you get back into the swing of things again.

  1. Yes, I agree that physical exercise helps alleviate stress. Any activity outdoors seems to help people reduce stress. It's always good for people to enjoy something, and nature is a good thing to enjoy.

  2. I agree it does help, but sometimes your at work or something and you can't do any kind of physical excercise!

  3. Physical exercise does help. I have also noticed just a quick change of history can help or listening to music.
